It was another great week on Orange State.  This week Matt and Rashaud talked about Central New York's high school graduation rates.  They are troubled by the obvious difference between the urban and suburban schools.  Matt rants on why the issues in the education system are everybody's fault and the blame should not solely land on the teachers' shoulders.  Rashaud brings the headlines including the announcement of how President Barack Obama will use the money he won with the Nobel Peace Prize.  No Orange State would be complete without local news.  And who can forget the Orange State of Disarray and the Audacity of Dopes.  Enjoy!
