Podcast Movement 2017 Adds Two More Speakers and an App

Podcast Movement 2017 has already announced the more than 150 speakers and panelists that will be at the conference. Now, they have announced two additional speakers. Podcast Movement also wants to remind you that they have a mobile app.

One of the two newly added speakers is Dan Taberski, the host of Missing Richard Simmons. The podcast was created by Filmmaker Dan Taberski, a Slimmons regular and friend of Richard Simmons, after the fitness guru disappeared from the public eye.

In addition to the Missing Richard Simmons podcast, Dan Taberski directed a documentary short, created a kids show for Cartoon Network, and co-created a digital comedy series. He’s also a former producer for The Daily Show, and has worked on economic policy in the White House.

The other newly added speaker is Payne Lindsey, host of Up and Vanished. It is an investigative podcast that explores the unsolved disappearance of Georgia Beauty Queen and high school teacher, Tara Grinstead, an 11-year-old mystery that is the largest case file in Georgia’s History. In addition to Up and Vanished, Payne Lindsey is a director, and an award winning filmmaker.

Podcast Movement wants to remind you that it has an app. The PM17 app is available on both the App Store and on Google Play. It is the official Podcast Movement app.
