Nando’s is home of the legendary, Afro-Portuguese flame grilled PERi-PERi chicken. Unexpectedly, Nando’s has opened a free recording studio in Soho. Secret London reported that the free recording studio is at Nando’s Fifth Street branch in Soho.
Anyone who uses the studio would be in clear view of restaurant diners. That situation is either going to terrify podcasters, or inspire them to do their best work.
All the best ideas start over PERi-PERi (or so we heard). That’s why we’ve brought together two of our favorite things – chicken and tunes – for our first ever restaurant recording studio.
Nando’s Soho Studio is nestled downstairs in their recently renovated Soho restaurant. The space has been designed for emerging talent to fuel their creativity and collaborate in familiar, relaxing surroundings.
At the time I am writing this blog, Nando’s Soho Studio has been “overwhelmed with submissions”. The studio is fully booked until the end of March of 2018. If you are interested in using Nando’s Soho Studio, you should keep an eye on Nando’s social media. They will continue to release new slots for the Nando’s Soho Studio when they become available.
Interesting idea. I wonder if they are going for the vibe of being a good place to talk with friends and be “social” as should get mentions and reach with likely target audiences. Or just from articles mentioning it.
