Mamamia announced the appointment of Georgie Nichols as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).

Georgie Nichols joins Mamamia with over 25 years experience across Media, Marketing and Agency teams including National Sales Director at Seven West Media, General Manager at Carat and Media Director at Telstra.

Nichols is an award winning leader who will lead the Mamamia sales team and set the strategic commercial direction for revenue and partnership growth. Nichols will be a member of the Executive Leadership team which also consists of newly appointed Zara Curtis (Chief Content Officer), Luca Lavigne (Chief Operations and Product Officer), Riley O’Neill (Chief Financial Officer), Mia Freedman (Chief Creative Officer & Co-Founder) and Jason Lavigne (Executive Chair & Co-Founder).

Mamamia announces the appointment of Marie Joyce as Head of Sales, Victoria.

Marie joined Mamamia in 2021 and has held the roles of Head of Audio, Victoria and was recently in the role of Head of Sales, Agency.

This newly created role positions her as the Melbourne Market Lead, overseeing the Melbourne operations and becoming a member of the National Senior Leadership Team.

Mamamia Announced Natalie Harvey As New CEO

Mamamia announces the appointment of Natalie Harvey as Chief Executive Officer. Harvey joined Mamamia in the role of Chief Revenue Officer in January this year and will move into the CEO role on June 1st, taking over from Co-Founder and CEO Jason Lavigne, who shifts into the role of Executive-Chair.

Mamamia Appoints Natalie Harvey As Chief Revenue Officer

With a distinguished career spanning over two decades in the media and advertising industry, Natalie brings a wealth of expertise and unmatched market knowledge and understanding to this pivotal role.

Nat began her career at Seven as the Office Assistant to the CEO, later transitioning to the agency side with Medicom. Her career then took her to Brisbane, where she became General Manager at UM. In 2015, she joined SWM in Brisbane, where she created the first combined SWM sales team, uniting Pacific and Seven. Her exceptional track record led her back to Sydney in October 2017, where she took on the role of Sydney Sales Director, eventually earning a promotion to Network Sales Director in 2018.

Katie Teague Joins Mamamia In Expansion Of Their National Sales Team

Mamamia has appointed Katie Teague to the role of South Australia Sales Manager, in an expansion of the digital publisher’s sales team.

Teague joins with over a decade of radio sales experience with Nova Entertainment and Southern Cross Austereo, most recently working as Marketing Executive at The Hospital Research Foundation Home Lottery, in addition to founding her ecommerce retail brand.

Teague said she is looking forward to developing quality digital partnerships within a purpose driven company.

New Appointments as Mamamia’s Content Team Grows

Rosie Squiers has joined leading women’s media brand, Mamamia, in the new role of Editorial Director. Rosie was previously Head of Digital Content at ARN.
